Patrick Tsang

Mr Patrick Tsang is the chief executive officer and director of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited (CTFE), the flagship private investment holding company of the Cheng family in Hong Kong. He has over 25 years of international capital markets experience, and was previously managing director, head of Asia Fixed Income Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch, where he worked from 2003 to 2012. Mr Tsang currently holds directorships in five companies listed on the HKSE Main Board, namely, vice-chairman and executive director of i-Cable Communications Limited, executive director of UMP Healthcare Holdings Limited and Melbourne Enterprises Limited, and non-executive director of Giordano International Limited and SJM Holdings Limited.

Mr Tsang is an advocate of positive societal development and has assumed several civic duties in Hong Kong and mainland China. He is the founder and a director of CTFE Social Solutions Limited, a governor of Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation Limited, the chairman of Jing Yuan Charity Foundation and a member of Strategic Council of InspiringHK Sports Foundation. Mr Tsang is also a member of the General Committee of the Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong, a member of the New Business Committee of the Financial Services Development Council and a member of Hospital Authority Central Institutional Review Board.

Mr Tsang obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia College of Columbia University in New York, USA.
