Gary Gartner serves as I-Pulse’s Senior Advisor, Corporate Strategy. He has been involved in the structuring and tax planning of the group from its inception. He plays an active role in strategic initiatives of I-Pulse and its subsidiaries. He has been a practicing attorney for over 30 years, advising clients on the various legal aspects of global business transactions with a particular focus on international taxation. Mr. Gartner holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Law in Taxation from New York University.
