Orly Avidan is an accomplished financial services executive with extensive experience across both fixed
income and equity markets including both sales and trading. She is the Head of Global Equities Distribution at Bank of America, where she previously served as senior relationship manager in global markets.

Her more than 23 years of experience with the top U.S. banks includes fixed-income, currencies and commodities trading roles at Goldman Sachs and Salomon Bros. She was awarded Excellence in Banking for 2021 by Women in Finance.

Throughout her career, Orly has developed valuable skills to identify and mitigate risks critical to boards including those associated with financial controls and governance. Previously Orly was head of Global Markets Relationship Management (SRM), a group responsible for enhancing and driving relationships and business between the firm and top institutional investor clients
at the C-suite level.

Orly is the Co-Executive of Bank of America’s Military Support and Assistance Group (MSAG), a dedicated network to support veteran employees. Orly is a member of the advisory board of the Bank of America Institute.
